I'm considering trying Nitram charcoal. What's your experience with it? I'm fairly new and not sure if I should invest nitram yet, but I really enjoy gesture drawing and loose figure drawing shading, and it's hard to do those with charcoal pencils.

I'm also thinking about getting Conte crayon. Have you tried that? Between nitram and conte, what would you recommend?
